Spins and Needles: it’s everyone’s birthday!

Summer birthdays always had the epic parties growing up – water fights, the zoo, sleepovers outside… These were serious seminal events in a 10-year-old’s life. Summer birthdays are still pretty awesome (as evidenced by crazy fun bbqs happening all over the city), and Spins and Needles has decided to throw the epic summer birthday bash of the season.

They’ll have the usual slick beats, along with creative crafting. The birthday celebration was originally set to mark just Etsy’s birthday (that internet crafting sensation), and the S&N folks simply decided it was time to celebrate everyone’s birthday – why not, really? All of the crafting will be on this theme, too – and for only $6, the night is a steal of a birthday deal.

In true birthday fashion, everyone will get to blow out the candle and make a wish on their own birthday cupcake, and will go home with a treat-filled loot bag. This party will get underway on Friday, June 18, at 8pm at the Legion (330 Kent). Put on your best party attire and head on over to the birthday bash of the season!
